help them apply the concepts over time. To help individuals within businesses and
organizations, Dr. White has developed a series of resources and processes to facilitate

— Each trainee will receive a set of participant guides (one handout for each
of the four training modules; each guide is four pages long). Here are the first

Professional Coaches & Consultants: “Train the Trainer” online course
For individuals who want to use the Appreciation at Work training resources
as part of the professional consulting services they provide, we have developed
an online "train the trainer" process which will allow consultants to become certified
facilitators to do so. In addition to receiving the Appreciation at Work
training kit (described above), individuals (and groups of professionals) will be
able to take an online training course that includes video instruction, voice-over
PowerPoint teaching, interactive activities and a test to assess the professional’s
grasp of the core concepts covered in the training process with clients.
The cost, which includes an Appreciation at Work training kit, will be
$500 per trainer. There will be no fee-sharing
arrangements made with consultants — you will be allowed to charge whatever
fees you deem appropriate and will not share these with us. For more information

Organizations may request a personalized training experience tailored to the unique
needs and circumstances of their team members. Dr. White is available to conduct
individualized, in-person training and consulting for leaders, teams of workers,
volunteers, and whole organizations. His consultation services include, but are
not limited to, the following elements:
- Provide a complete training process, including interviews with
key leaders, tailored process for your organization, group training sessions with
multiple teams, ongoing assessment, and corrective feedback.
- Conduct a keynote “kick-off” presentation for large
